Role Title: Director of Saturday Programs
Reports to: Chief of Programs
Team: Core Leadership Team
Time Commitment: 10 hrs per week (may be up to 20 hrs/week during high workload periods)

Summary & Responsibilities
The Director of Saturday Programs is responsible for the programming success of Minds Matter Houston, ensuring seamless team management and development, program delivery, and quality control and evaluation. Responsibilities include:
Refine, implement, and execute a rigorous college readiness curriculum, scaffolding three years of high school programming
Develop and define new curriculum and programmatic offerings for high school students as articulated in the strategic plan
Oversee operations of Saturday programming and special events
Oversee implementation and use of digital technologies, including student portal in Google Classroom environment
Manage program resources by ensuring that leaders have the necessary resources in order to carry out their daily duties and responsibilities
Oversee Saturday Program volunteers and session leads responsible for preparing and delivering curriculum
Coordinate academic instructors and ensure their curriculums are aligned with chapter goals
Lead a small team of volunteer direct reports and facilitate recurring team meetings at a frequency that best fit the team
Active participation in bi-weekly Core Leadership Meetings to establish strong communication and interfaces between teams, and to advance cross-collaboration among teams
Partner with other Minds Matter chapters to maintain a collaborative relationship
